The cabin is beautiful and so nice and clean. Very comfortable beds. Great shower. Nice property to explore. We really enjoyed the hosts, who were readily available to take care of our needs – they provided access to the garden, gave us a golf cart ride, lit a fire for us at night, and even drove us to a drop off point so that we could kayak back to the cabin without fighting the current. We look forward to returning in winter for cross country skiing and skating on the river.

Had a Great time!  Best cottage we have ever rented.  You thought of everything! Wonderful hosts.  If we ever come back to Manitoba, we will stay here again!

My husband, mother in law and one year old stayed here in June of this year for a visit with family in Elma/Winnipeg. The cabin wasn’t 100% complete yet but it was beautiful! I cant imagine what it looks like now completely finished. Property is stunning, right by the river, quiet. Scott and Joy were fabulous hosts and very accommodating. Everything was super comfortable, clean and cozy to the max!. Perfect for our little family! Will definitely stay here again.

Rivers Edge was a great retreat for our family of 3! This cottage was immaculate! Very clean and well appointed. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, rain shower, soaker tub, sat.tv, etc. The cottage sits on an acreage overlooking the river. We enjoyed a bonfire on the river. Joy & Scott were excellent hosts. We have rented many Manitoba cottages over the years, but this one ranks at the top.

Your hospitality made me feel as if we were home in Mississippi.  Your resort far exceeded my expectations.  Thanks for a relaxing, enjoyable stay!

The cabin we stayed at was really nice and cozy, it was nice and clean and the area was quiet and relaxing. Lots of things to do… We got to do some fishing, walking around, had a Bon fire, and went strawberry picking nearby. Joy and Scott were super friendly and excellent hosts. Highly recommended . Will definitely be back!

Don’t know any way you could have made our stay any more pleasant!  Especially appreciate the fresh asparagus & jam/jelly.  New birds to us were Sandhill Cranes, Woodpecker and Magpies.
